Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read the following terms and conditions for accessing the REIWA Job Board and signify below by clicking on the appropriate button whether you agree or do not agree to these terms:

  • Any person accessing the REIWA Job Board acknowledges and accepts the fact that, unless specified otherwise, the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia ("REIWA") is not the author of the content of the job advertisements. REIWA in no way warrants or otherwise confirms the truth or accuracy of the content of the advertisements. REIWA, as the administrator of this internet site, merely enables third parties to post job advertisements on this section of its site. It therefore merely passes the information concerned on to those who access the site and does not vouch for the truth or accuracy of the information contained in the individual advertisements.
  • REIWA is and will not be liable for any reliance placed upon the content of any job advertisement or any matter associated with the REIWA Job Board to the extent permitted by law.
  • REIWA is and will not be liable for any obligations, duties or loss and damage sustained by any party to an employment contract that is in any way related to a posting on the REIWA Job Board.
  • REIWA is and will not be liable if any applicant for any job advertised on the Job Board is unsuccessful in applying for that job for any reason whatsoever.
  • REIWA is and will not be liable to any user of the REIWA Job Board in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the Job Board service or any related service.
  • Each person accessing the REIWA Job Board agrees to make his or her own enquiries and investigations regarding any matter, including employment conditions or obligations, that may be related to the particular employment opportunity that is the subject of an advertisement on the Job Board. Users acknowledge that REIWA has no control over the quality, safety or standard of positions advertised on this site or the truth or accuracy of any information contained in job advertisements on the site.
  • REIWA is and will not be liable for any damages of any nature (including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental and exemplary damages) in the event that this site is unavailable to users due to interruption, suspension or termination for any reason whatsoever.
  • REIWA gives no guarantee or warranty whatsoever of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the REIWA Job Board and bears no responsibility should a recruiter have filled a vacancy at any time.
  • All intellectual property on the REIWA Job Board site belongs to REIWA and users obtain no interest in that property.
  • Users acknowledge that REIWA may use all intellectual property in material provided by users throughout the world without restriction free of charge.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of REIWA.
  • Use of the REIWA Job Board and all associated terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia and users of the site submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Australian Courts.
  • Users of the REIWA Job Board agree to indemnity REIWA for any loss or damage suffered by REIWA or claimed against REIWA arising out of any use of the Job Board or any associated job application, job interview, job selection, job performance or job termination.
  • Users of the REIWA Job Board agree to never impersonate any other person or entity or otherwise breach any law or the rights of any other person.
